<p>While global attention even those of local diplomats in Yaounde have remained on the Israel-Palestinian War, the civil war in the Cameroons have continued unabated with the Biya administration enjoying the silent support of the White House thanks to Macron. Away from this attention, the 41-year-old regime in Yaounde has upped its brutality on the minority English-speaking people of the former British Southern Cameroons(Ambazonia) with more beheadings of innocent civilians, summary executions, razing of villages extortions and much more. From Mamfe to Nkambe, its been inferno in communities and littered corpses on streets and rivers. it should be recalled that the Trump Administration was harder on the French Cameroun state with actions such the suspension of its participation in AGOA and openly endorsed resolution initiatives by the Swiss. </p>

<p>A whole family of four at Bamfen Quarters, opposite the Presbyterian Church were summarily executed at 2:00 AM, 11/04/2024 by La Republic du Cameroon terrorist forces of occupation and dumped at River Roongwev.</p>
<p>The father,Pa Oritoi, seen laying with short pants to the left on the above picture had his throat cut off before being dumped into the river, followed by two of his son’s, Nyundzeven Alain, and Tav Elvis. The first victim known as Smart was killed at their home as he put up a fierce resistance when the terrorist forces surrounded the house at 2:00 AM and break open their door. The French Cameroun soldiers also burnt houses in the village of Sop.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Handicaps Killed in Bali</h2>
<p>The images posted by the French Cameroun soldiers are self-explanatory. It affirms the fact that extinction of the minority Anglophones is the ultimate end goal of the the French Cameroun soldiers and authorities backed by France in its bid to extend its French colonial influence in Africa.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Killing my Father while Pretending to Love Us…</h2>
<p>A few months back French Cameroun soldiers kidnapped the family of a freedom fighter – Aladji. According to the kids, their father was never a danger to their lives nor that of the community. April 4, 2024 the French Cameroun soldiers arrested the father and killed him in yet another brutal execution in the ongoing civil war. The crime of the father was trying to fight for equality for the minority English-speaking people of the Cameroons who are treated like 4th class citizens. A military truck was deliberately run over him and his throat slit. The images below are just a sneak peek of the painful execution of Aladji. The trauma to the man’s young kids is everlasting; having to see the military men forcefully pretending to love them while performing such brutal execution of their own father.</p>

<p>Lackeys of the ruling CPDM political class in Cameroun, usually return to their places of birth since 1982 to heap praises on Paul Biya, – the day their messiah took over power from Cameroun’s first President Amahdou Ahidjo. With the civil war raging in the English-speaking section – Ambazonia, these celebrations have been banned by the de-facto government or resistant groups in the area. This year, Biya managed to remind the citizens resisting him that his brutality for the past years is still strong despite his own wobbling stamina.</p>

<p> The village of Mamfe woke up 6 November, 2023, to an indiscriminate fire on commercial buildings in one of the commercial streets of the depreciating town. Images on social media show the French Cameroun military watching the inferno as the citizens struggle to help their loved ones consumed by the fire. Early reports is pointing to about 50 people killed including children caught in their sleep. This is is not the first time that French Cameroun soldiers are torching homes in retaliation or hatred for communities that oppose the brutal colonial rule of French Cameroun. Reports by Chrada, a human rights organization based in the town of Buea, show that more than 650 villages have been burnt by the French Cameroun soldiers since 2016. The civil war is now in its 7th year. More than 55,000 people have been killed. More than 1.5 million are internally displace and more than 200,000 are stranded as refugees in Nigeria and Ghana. </p>
<p>The solution according to majority of the citizens of the Former British territory of Southern Cameroon, is outright separation from French Cameroun whom they voluntarily joined in 1961 as two independent countries.</p>

<p>On the 20th of January, 2023, the world woke up to a release from the Canadian Global Affairs on Peace process in Cameroon. The communique by the ” Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs,” outlines her own Ambazonian leaders that they have reached an agreement with for <strong>“peace process aimed at resolving the ongoing crisis in the North-West and South-West regions of Cameroon.”</strong> She equally enumerated the parties known to her:</p>
<p><strong>“The parties to this agreement are the Republic of Cameroon, the Ambazonia Governing Council and the Ambazonia Defence Force(ADF), the African People’s Liberation Movement and the Southern Cameroons Defence Force(SOCADEF), the Interim Government(under Nkondengui prison tenant, Ayuk Tabe), and the Ambazonia Coalition Team (ACT). <p>Canada’s hypocritical involvement in which it picked its own groups to discuss peace was seen by many Southern Cameroonians(Ambazonians), as a Yaounde coverup. Many observers remisces the same divide and conquer tactics in the Sudanese Civil War when Omar El- Bashir, announced his agreement with Riek Machar and the other South Sudanese rebel groups without the main group of Dr. John Garang, or a deal with Buthelezi for the end-of-Apartheid without the ANC. The Canadian release further xrays Canada’s ignorance of the main actors in the Ambazonia War of Independence.</p>

<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Dissecting Canada’s Own Peace Partners </h1>
<p>The <strong>Ambazonia Governing Council</strong> is owned by Dr. Ayaba Cho, while the atrocities of its defense unit – ADF, such as kidnappings for ransom, public executions etc are enormous, with Facebook designating them as a terrorist group, the Canadians also signed another agreement with this defense wing – <strong>Ambazonia Defense Forces(ADF</strong>). This is tantamount to De Klerk signing separate agreements with the <strong>ANC</strong> and <strong>The Spear of the Nation</strong> (ANC’s military wing). Same goes for the <strong>African People’s Liberation Movement of Dr. Akwanga</strong> and its military wing – the <strong>Southern Cameroons Defence Force (SOCADEF)</strong>. Worth noting is that these two defense groups form less than 10% of the military fighting in the Ambazonia War of Independence. </p>
<p>The bulk of the military and humanitarian burden of the war is under the <strong>Ambazonia Restoration Forces (ARF), under the Ambazonia Interim government headed by Dr. Sako Ikome,</strong> who like Dr. John Garang was sidelined by the Canadians in their pursuit of peace in ” the NorthWest and South West parts of Cameroun.” as the Canadians called their peace initiative – a slap o the faces of genuine Ambazonians who rejected the Canada charade from the onset.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Nine Months after Canada’s Prairie Goosechase</h2>
<p>As warned by Dr. Sako Ikome that the Canadian Process was dead on arrival because, there were no guarantors like the Swiss Process that French Cameroun withdrew from, nine months after the goosechase, nothing has happened as the civil war rages on. Following the conclusion of the said process and following a release from the Canadian Foreign Ministry, French Cameroun, quickly dismissed the so-called Canadian Peace Process, disputing Canada’s claim that she gave her blessing. Finding themselves under the bus, Canada and her handpicked and gullible partners for peace in the “Northwest and Southwest ” – Ayaba Cho, AKwanga, Yerima, Akuro and others who had secretly prided themselves as bosses of the Ambazonia struggle, find themselves struggling to convince even their own shadows of the blessing from Yaounde. Till date, neither Canada nor her partners have been able to present any formal agreement or authorization to engage in the process for any peace from French Cameroun. Even a list of a single member of Yaoundé’s delegation has not been made public, leading many to conclude that Canada and her partners for peace were merely goose chasers.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">ISIS-Style Execution by Canada’s Partner and her Silence.</h2>
<p>While killing of unarmed civilians in the civil war in Ambazonia have been predominantly carried out by the French Cameroun soldiers, the ADF of Dr. Ayaba Cho, has been unique in its own executions. These extra-judicial killings by the ADF, according to renowned web Journalist Michel Bien -Tong, is aimed at helping Yaounde, to portray the legitimate aspirations of Ambazonians as a mere terrorist bunch. Mr. Bien Tong in his numerous outings has firmly stated that the ADF-AGC, are French Cameroun proxy forces. <p> With Canada, having “laboriously” ironed out an agreement for peace, one would have thought that zero tolerance to Atrocity crimes like what its partner the ADF did on the 4th of October, 2023, in the locality of Guzang, to unarmed civilians under their custody was part of the failed Canadian agreement. </p>
<p>The executions were condemned by rights groups including the Interim Government of Ambazonia, under <a href="https://ambazoniagenocidelibrary.com/?page_id=11677">Dr. Sako Ikome, who call ed on the global community to send a fact-finding mission to Ambazonia. </a>So far Canada maintains sealed lips. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Genuinely End the Genocide?</h2>
<p>Canada, her allies and backer of French Cameroun know best what to do. The general sentiments among British Southern Cameroonians is the fact that Canada’s leadership is bent on aiding France and La Francophonie, extend their sphere of influence by erasing the English-speaking people of the British Southern Cameroons. <strong>The perfect person to do this for France is the current Canadian Foreign Minister, Melanie Joly, who had earlier served Canada as Minister of Languages and La Francophonie. She is also from French-speaking Quebec</strong>. The killings have been going on now for the 7th year and Canada has failed to sympathize with the minority English-speaking people who from the onset like Quebec wanted nothing other than to be treated as equals. The Canadians and their allies treated Ukrainians differently and sanctioned Putin after the invasion of Ukraine. They did same in the 90s after Saddam took over Koweit. They helped South Sudan and North Sudan to reach a peace deal after more than 25 years of war, the UK gave Scotland a vote about the their union with the UK. The UK herself organized a vote about Brexit. French Cameroun is supported and defended by Paris. They can end the Atrocity Crimes now by forcing Paul Biya and French Cameroun to commit to negotiations without pre-conditions. Without such economic pressure and threats of isolation, French Cameroun and France will continue to sleep-walk to any idea about independent mediators as the facts and logic of history are not on their side. Also the resources of the territory of Ambazonia are too important for them than human life .The genocide has claimed more than 45,000 lives, more than 600 villages burnt by the French Cameroun soldiers, now called occupational forces. Close to two million are internally and externally displaced. What Ambazonians want is a well-backed and independent mediator, who will begin by recognizing the equality of the two Trust Territories. This will involve engaging with the main leadership group led by Dr. Sako Ikome. Any oher attempts are bound to fail like the second Canadian retreat that just concluded on the 8th of October, 2023, still in Canada, who is increasingly acting like Khartoum during the Sudan Civil War. <p>Amongst the executed include a newly-wed couple. The public execution of innocent civilians by the French Cameroun soldiers is a daily routine. Hardly a day goes by without dead bodies of innocent civilians extracted and executed by the French Cameroun soldiers at their Concentration Camps at the Bamenda airport, seen on streets and in bushes and rivers. This ethnic cleansing has been going on for more than 7 years with close to 50,000 now estimated to have been killed. more than 600 villages have equally been razed by the soldiers. The world has stood by as the genocide persists.</p>

<p>Like in previous massacres by the same French Cameroun appointed Governor to the english-speaking regions, their modus operandi is to deny the mass killings. It was the same script when they murdered more than 30 in Ngarbuh some three years ago. After months of propaganda and denial aided by bought media like the VOA reporter in Cameroun, they acknowledged the killings. Like Ngarbuh, Bali, Ekondo Titi, Santa etc, no organization nor government has held the regime to the basic human rights standards. <p>With the Civil War now in its 7th year, the Biden administration has visaed more killing of the English-speaking minority than his predecessor – Donald Trump. While Donald Trump, failed to resolve the conflict, he no doubt was hard on the Biya administration in Cameroun. Apart from his Ambassador –<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuX2lplgIfE&ab_channel=HonoreAliguena"> Henry Balerin, unequivocal about the direct “targeting of Anglophones”</a> as he put it, Donald Trump, suspended military co-operation between Washington and Yaounde. He also suspended French Cameroun from AGOA benefits. While these actions and Trump’s firm call for negotiations by both sides without pre-conditions put the oligarchs in Yaounde and their backers at Elysee Palace, on the edge, the Biden Administration has practically done nothing. None of his broad diplomats and State Department officials have bothered about the ongoing killings and burning of villages by the French Cameroun soldiers. The Biden Administration has rather rolled out the red carpet to Paul Biya, in DC, undo and threatening to undo any actions by his predecessor to force Yaounde and Paris into resolving the civil war that has killed more than 46,000 people. Biden’s ambassador in Yaounde have not only been romancing with the two French-Cameroun appointed governors in the Anglophone regions responsible for these numerous massacres, but have failed even to defend the basic human rights of the minority English-speaking people.</p>
<p>While his focus in Africa has been to levy sanctions on authorities in Uganda for gay rights bill that prescribe death penalty, he has been unable to stop a genocide that has seen villages, more than the size of Connecticut destroyed and burnt by French Cameroun soldiers. Innocent civilians arrested in their homes are executed daily on streets in the Anglophone regions, <a href="https://twitter.com/Ambazoniagenoc1/status/1667490076576698370?s=20">some with alerts by family members to the US authorities in Yaounde, with no action to save their relatives.</a> The Biya regime is in panic state and any threat by any diplomat relating to massacres is likely to yield fruits. For example this alert on this tweet was wilfully neglected and the next day the victims were not only waterboarded, tortured before execution, but military trucks were run over their bodies</p>
<p>The Big Babanki Massacre of 15 June, 2023</p>
<p>Before the massacre of at least 24 innocent civilians by the French Cameroun soldiers in a village called Big Babanki, numerous alerts on social media especially tweets have tagged these supposed defenders of global human rights, in Yaounde in vain. The result so far is 24 people earlier arrested by the French Cameroun soldiers being discovered in bushes, rivers, and other hidden places with devastating gun shots, mostly on their skulls. So far silence and disparage is the norm by the Biden Administration. These killings are happening to a minority population treated worst than the Jews in Hitler’s Germany. They have been called cockroaches, dogs, asked to abandon their ancestral land or be massacred with the perpetuators enjoying laughs with wines with US Diplomatic authorities in Yaounde. This is happening to a territory that the UN knows was ripe for independence as the UN Trusteeship Council mandated. The history of the British Southern Cameroons is clear. While conflicts like this in Europe have been resolved with plebiscites/votes and not war, that in the British Southern Cameroons have been ignored as the rich mineral deposits of the territory have been mortgaged by the French Cameroun authorities to the Western alliance members.</p>
